Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic project manager to lead the execution of a transformation agenda under the Stanford Seed program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the transformation roadmap into actionable projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving measurable business impact across operations, retail, supply chain, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transformation Execution
Lead the implementation of the Stanford Seed transformation plan across all business units
Break down strategic initiatives into actionable projects with clear milestones and deliverables
Ensure alignment between transformation goals and daily operations
2. Project Planning & Delivery
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Track progress against KPIs and transformation targets
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with pharmacy operations, finance, procurement, IT, and retail teams
Facilitate communication between leadership and execution teams
Manage external consultants, vendors, and partners involved in the transformation
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Establish dashboards and reporting systems for tracking transformation progress
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on milestones, risks, and outcomes
Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
5. Change Management
Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
Support leadership in communicating transformation goals to the staff.
Identify and address resistance to change throughout the organization.
6. Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Ensure proactive resolution of issues impacting delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, retail, or FMCG
Strong understanding of business transformation or operational improvement initiatives
Experience working with structured programs or consulting frameworks is an advantage
Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is highly desirable

Works closely with: Branch Managers, Pharmacists, Finance Team, Supply Chain Team, IT, and External Advisors
