JOB PURPOSE
Marketing Manager shall develop and execute strategies to promote products or services, driving brand awareness and sales growth across the group. Manage marketing budgets, lead teams, and oversee campaigns across digital (SEO, social media, email) and traditional channels.

The role requires a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies efficiently and effectively.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Kasoa.
Responsibilities include:
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business goals for the group.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Content & Brand Strategy: Oversee content creation (brochures, website, social media) to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
Budget Management: Allocate resources, manage marketing budgets, and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
Market Research & Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, delegating tasks and setting performance goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and product departments across the group to align marketing efforts.
DEPARTMENTAL /EXTERNAL RELATIONS:
Maintains good contact with all Departments/Units/Group and external agencies

Experience:
Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role.
Qualification:
