4. Strong portfolio evidence across written, visual, audio or video formats, including examples that turned data, customer insight, operational evidence or complex product information into clear and credible stories.
5. Experience working with product, growth, Sales, field or operational teams to build accurate briefs, route approvals, coordinate launches, close measurement gaps and improve downstream campaign quality.
6. Experience managing creative production, interns, freelancers, agencies, influencers or media vendors against briefs, timelines, budgets, rights, evidence and quality standards.
7. Experience with campaign tagging, digital analytics, attribution, dashboards, funnel analysis, A/B testing and media optimization sufficient to make evidence-based channel and creative decisions.
8. Exposure to agritech, agriculture, marketplaces, fintech, supply chain, export trade, development impact or another operationally complex platform is strongly advantageous.
9. Experience adapting communication for African markets, different literacy levels, multilingual audiences or both business and consumer user groups is advantageous.
10. A work-sample exercise and portfolio review covering content judgment, paid-media analysis, data storytelling and campaign optimization will form part of selection.

Qualifications

2. Relevant training or certification in digital or performance marketing, content strategy, copywriting, social media, search, analytics, creative production or project management is advantageous but does not replace demonstrated results.
3. Excellent written and verbal English, strong editorial judgment and the ability to simplify product, agricultural, quality, supply-chain and impact information without losing accuracy or context.
4. Strong quantitative ability, including campaign mathematics, conversion analysis, budget pacing, cost per stage, test interpretation and clear communication of limitations in incomplete data.
5. Sound visual judgment and enough production literacy to brief, assess and improve design, photography, video, motion, presentation and web content for channel and audience fit.
6. Professional discretion, curiosity, ownership, attention to detail and the confidence to challenge unsupported claims or ineffective activity constructively.
7. French or another relevant market language is advantageous according to assigned campaigns and markets.
8. Willingness to travel to fields, fulfilment centers, events and partner locations and to support occasional live or time-sensitive digital activity outside standard hours when planned and approved.

7. Asset, vendor, budget and responsible-marketing control: Maintain searchable assets, consent, rights and expiry; manage interns, vendors, SLAs, spend, invoices and access; apply brand, product-truth, privacy, confidentiality, copyright, safeguarding, advertising and data integrity controls and close corrections, incidents and reputational risks promptly.
