Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Marketer to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
a. Promote and sell the company’s insurance products and services.
b. Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
c. Explain insurance policies, coverage options, benefits, and terms to clients.
d. Prepare and present insurance quotations.
e. Assist clients in completing insurance application forms and documentation.
f. Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers.
g. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
h. Provide after-sales support, including policy renewals and claims guidance.
i. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
j. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
k. Attend marketing events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs to promote the company’s services.
l. Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of SHS Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is an added advantage.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and digital communication tools).
8. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
9. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
