*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced and results-orientated sales manager to lead sales operations across the Brong Ahafo and Ashanti Regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and managing sales activities within the assigned territories. Candidates with a background in FMCG or the Agriculture sector are highly preferred.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Lead sales negotiations and close profitable deals.
* Conduct regular field visits within Brong Ahafo and Ashanti Regions.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
* Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
* Monitor sales performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
*Requirements*
* Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG or Agriculture sectors.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
* Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions.
* Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
