The Company is one of Ghana’s leading institutional crypto OTC desk, facilitating large-volume fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat transactions in USDT, USDC, and GHS. The Company connects global liquidity with local markets, and we’re growing our trading team as we scale toward full Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) licensing.

We’re looking for an experienced Trader to help run the Company’s OTC desk day-to-day. You’ll price and execute large-volume fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat trades, manage the desk’s risk and liquidity positions, and be a direct point of contact for institutional clients and counterparties. This is a hands-on, ownership role for someone who has traded real size and can be trusted with the desk’s book.

Key Responsibilities
1. Price and execute large-volume OTC trades across USDT, USDC, and GHS for institutional clients
2. Manage the desk’s intraday risk, positions, and exposure across fiat and crypto balances
3. Source and manage liquidity across counterparties, exchanges, and banking partners
4. Monitor exchange rates, spreads, and market movements across sessions in real time
5. Identify and act on arbitrage and pricing opportunities across venues and currency pairs
6. Serve as a direct point of contact for institutional clients on pricing and execution
7. Own trade settlement and reconciliation accuracy, working closely with the treasury/accounting function
8. Maintain and enforce risk limits, trading policies, and internal controls on the desk
9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior traders on the desk
10. Report on desk P&L, volumes, and risk exposure to leadership

Qualifications & Requirements
1. 1-3 years of experience trading FX, crypto, or OTC markets, ideally on a live book with real P&L responsibility
2. Demonstrated track record executing large-volume trades and managing risk under pressure
3. Strong understanding of fiat-crypto conversion, liquidity management, and settlement processes
4. Familiarity with USDT, USDC, and other major stablecoins/crypto assets
5. Knowledge of Ghana’s forex and crypto regulatory environment is a strong plus
6. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
