Job Title: Sales Relationship Officer
Department: LPG
Reports Directly To: LPG Sales Zonal Head
Directly Supervises: N/A
Departmental Relations: Technical and Customer Service

External Relations: Customers
Job Purpose: You will market and sell LPG stoves, manage the sales cycle, and coordinate deliveries with technical teams.
Main Duties:
1. Market & Sell LPG stoves to customers.
2. Handle conversion & verification of sales leads.
3. Liaise with the Technical team to arrange stove deliveries.
4. Ensure all installations are completed successfully.
5. Coordinate gas deliveries to customers.
Person Specification:
Technical
1. Must be tech-savvy (comfortable with digital tools & software)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a team and follow processes.
