Field Sales Agent Supervisor

Location: Northern Region (Yendi/Bimbilla/Gushegu, Nalerigu/Walewale, Bupei/Sawla/Bamboi)
Salary: GHS 2,000/month + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support field sales agents within assigned areas.
2. Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents to achieve targets.
3. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure performance goals are met.
4. Conduct regular field visits to coach and evaluate team members.
5. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
6. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and sales growth.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualification:
1. HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in sales or field marketing.
3. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple field teams.
7. Must reside within Yendi/Bimbilla/Gushegu, and Nalerigu/Walewale, Bupei/Sawla/Bamboi
