Job Description: Nail Technician

Position: Nail Technician
Location: 37 Military Hospital and its environs, Accra
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
2. Apply nail polish, gel polish, acrylics, and nail extensions.
3. Perform nail art and other specialized nail treatments.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.
5. Recommend suitable nail care products and treatments to clients.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
7. Keep up-to-date with current nail care trends and techniques.

Requirements
1. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Nail Technician.
2. Strong knowledge of nail care treatments and products.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
6. Relevant certification is an added advantage.

Job Description: Spa Therapist
Position: Spa Therapist
Location: 37 Military Hospital and its environs, Accra
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide professional spa treatments including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies.
2. Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
3. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
4. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after use.
5. Promote spa services and products to clients.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client comfort.
7. Maintain accurate client treatment records.

Requirements
a. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist.
b. Knowledge of various spa treatments and wellness therapies.
c. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
d. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
e. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
f. Relevant certification in Spa Therapy or related field is preferred.

SALARY: GHS 1,300 – GHS 2,000
